China CAMC Engineering Co (CAMC), a subsidiary of Sinomach, was authorized to set up the first overseas office of the China Machinery Industry Federation (CMIF) at the China-Belarus Industrial Park in Minsk, capital of Belarus, on July 16.

More than 30 Chinese and Belarusian business representatives, including Song Xiaogang, vice-chairman of CMIF, and Bai Ming, deputy general manager of China-Belarus Industrial Park Development Co, attended the unveiling ceremony.

The authorization signaled satisfaction with CAMC’s performance in the Belarusian market and with the construction of the China-Belarus Industrial Park.

In the future, the company will work with CMIF to promote the Belt and Road Initiative in the machinery industry, improve information consultation and project-matching services, and promote international cooperation in equipment manufacturing.

CMIF is a comprehensive industrial organization, members of which include state-owned and private companies, scientific research institutes, and colleges and universities.
